Understanding Myopia
Myopia (short-sightedness) is a prevalent vision condition in which near objects are sharp but distant objects appear blurry – a refractive error where the eyeball is longer than a normal eye, and the elongation of the eyeball causes light rays to focus at a point in front of the retina, rather than directly on the surface of the retina.

Understanding Hyperopia
Hyperopia (long-sightedness) is a common vision condition in which far objects appear clear, but near objects appear blurry – a refractive error occurs when the eyeball is shorter than a normal eye, and this causes light rays to focus at a point at the back of the retina, rather than directly on the surface of the retina.
